WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?
On average, it takes us 1-5 business days to process + ship out your orders! We appreciate your patience and understanding as we are a single person shipping team and are working hard to get your orders out asap! DO YOU OFFER INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING?
Unfortunately, at this time, we do not.

 

WHEN WILL I RECEIVE TRACKING?
You will receive a tracking email once your order has been processed! Once you receive the email, please wait 1-3 business days in order for the package location and tracking to update, which you will then be able to track it. If you have any questions or concerns, please email us at lovelivycosmetics@gmail.com.

 

MY PACKAGE IS LOST AND/OR MY TRACKING NUMBER IS STUCK. WHAT DO I DO NEXT?
Once we ship out your order, we are unfortunately no longer able to help you with your lost package. Please contact your local USPS for more information on your packages location.

 

CAN I CANCEL/RETURN MY ORDER?
Since we have limited inventory, we are unable to allow orders to be cancelled, returned, or refunded. We thank you for your understanding and support. 

 

WHAT DO I DO IF MY ORDER ITEMS ARRIVE DAMAGED?
If an item(s) arrives damaged, please reach out to lovelivycosmetics@gmail.com with a description and pictures of the damaged item(s). From there we will evaluate the damage and make sure that you are taken care of!
